In February 2025, the ENPOWER Horizon Europe Project joined forces with Crowdhelix to host an inspiring online workshop titled “Momentum in Research Management” on Thursday, February 27, starting at 11:00 CET. This event, recognized by the European Commission, brought together research professionals across the European Research Area to advance the professionalization and recognition of research management.
The workshop proved to be a dynamic platform where participants explored key steps toward structured career pathways, accreditation, and the development of essential competencies for research managers. Engaging discussions highlighted strategies to strengthen the critical role of research managers, driving positive change and fostering innovation within the research community. Attendees from across the ENPOWER consortium, including Univerzitet u Banja Luka, Sustainable Innovation Technology Services Ltd, Università degli Studi di Macerata, KU Leuven, and Tilburg University, shared valuable insights and collaborated on actionable solutions.
This event was a significant step forward for the ENPOWER project, aligning with its mission to combat energy poverty through enhanced research management practices. The enthusiastic participation underscored a collective commitment to building a more robust and recognized research management framework across Europe.
