WP1
Objectives:
- Establish efficient project management, organizational support, and communication within the consortium.
- Conduct diagnostics of UNIBL capabilities to design tailored mobility, training, and capacity-building programs.
- Develop data management, innovation, dissemination, and exploitation strategies for the project.
WP2
Objectives:
- Launch Twinning tools, including staff mobility, multidisciplinary research programs, and capability-building initiatives.
- Design a comprehensive model for the Building Advisory System (BAS) Living Lab and test its piloting under local conditions.
WP3
Objectives:
- Enhance academic and research management skills through mobility and training programs.
- Broaden the research expertise of UNIBL by engaging researchers in interdisciplinary research.
- Consolidate and demonstrate BAS Living Lab functionalities as a research and innovation hub.
WP4
Objectives:
- Ensure sustainable project impacts by fostering engagement and empowerment.
- Strengthen the international reputation of the consortium and develop a robust network for knowledge transfer.
- Create a roadmap for future research and exploitation of Intellectual Property (IP) developed within the project.

- Develop cohesive promotional materials and branding strategies for the project.
- Monitor dissemination and communication activities to achieve broad international exposure.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to stakeholders through tailored communication approaches.

Objectives:
- Oversee the technical and financial progress of the project.
- Maintain effective communication with the European Commission and manage reporting processes.
- Ensure alignment with quality assurance plans and risk mitigation strategies.
