These WPs form the foundation of our collaborative efforts, guiding the project's activities from inception to implementation and beyond. Objectives:

  1. Establish efficient project management, organizational support, and communication within the consortium.
  2. Conduct diagnostics of UNIBL capabilities to design tailored mobility, training, and capacity-building programs.
  3. Develop data management, innovation, dissemination, and exploitation strategies for the project.

Objectives:

  1. Launch Twinning tools, including staff mobility, multidisciplinary research programs, and capability-building initiatives.
  2. Design a comprehensive model for the Building Advisory System (BAS) Living Lab and test its piloting under local conditions.

Objectives:

  1. Enhance academic and research management skills through mobility and training programs.
  2. Broaden the research expertise of UNIBL by engaging researchers in interdisciplinary research.
  3. Consolidate and demonstrate BAS Living Lab functionalities as a research and innovation hub.

  1. Ensure sustainable project impacts by fostering engagement and empowerment.
  2. Strengthen the international reputation of the consortium and develop a robust network for knowledge transfer.
  3. Create a roadmap for future research and exploitation of Intellectual Property (IP) developed within the project.

  2. Monitor dissemination and communication activities to achieve broad international exposure.
  3. Facilitate knowledge transfer to stakeholders through tailored communication approaches.
