ENPOWER Project Presented at World Sustainable Energy Days 2026

Representatives of the ENPOWER project, Danijela Kardaš Ančić and Milan Pupčević, participated in the World Sustainable Energy Days (WSED) conference held in Wels, Austria, from 25–27 February 2026.

During the conference, the ENPOWER project was presented through a poster session, highlighting the project’s objectives, ongoing activities, and its contribution to addressing energy poverty and promoting sustainable energy solutions. The poster presentation enabled direct interaction with international experts, researchers, policymakers, and industry representatives, encouraging discussions on innovative approaches in energy efficiency and renewable energy systems.

In addition to the poster presentation, the representatives actively participated in various technical and scientific sessions covering current developments in renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency policies, and sustainable energy transitions.

Reflecting on the experience, Danijela Kardaš Ančić emphasized:
“Participation at WSED provided an excellent opportunity to present the ENPOWER project to a broader international audience and to exchange ideas with leading experts in the field of sustainable energy. The discussions and insights gained during the sessions are highly valuable for the further development of our research activities.”

Milan Pupčević added:
“The conference offered a comprehensive overview of current technological and policy trends in sustainable energy. Engaging with researchers and practitioners helped us better understand emerging challenges and identify potential areas for future collaboration within the ENPOWER project.”

Participation in WSED 2026 further strengthened the international visibility of the ENPOWER project and supported the establishment of new professional connections, contributing to knowledge exchange and future cooperation in the field of sustainable energy.
