As a key partner for the ENPOWER project, UNIMC’s Department of Law is set to host the Hackathon “ENPOWER the Future: Ideas for More Sustainable Cities and Universities” on May 9th, 2025. This event is part of the Italian Sustainable Development Festival of 2025, and aligns with the objectives of the ENPOWER project.
The event is scheduled from 10:00 to 18:00 in Aula C at Piaggia dell’Università, N2 in Macerata. It will feature a morning session of expert-led discussions on environmental sustainability and the 2030 Agenda goals. In the afternoon, students will participate in a workshop to develop innovative proposals for sustainable urban and university environments. The most promising ideas will be awarded and supported by the ENPOWER project, offering opportunities for international collaboration.
Speakers include Professors Francesca Spigarelli, Chiara Feliziani, Lorenzo Compagnucci, Andrea Caligiuri, Corinna Ceci, and Carlotta Benedetti from UNIMC; Valerio Placidi from The Way Start-up Acceleration; and Professor Petar Gvero from ENPOWER’s organizing partner UNIBL.
